Roast Pumpkin Soup

For those colder days and days in, this recipe with pumpkin, roasted cashews and pine nuts only brings out the nutty flavour of hemp!

Blend all ingredients to form a fine puree. Bring it to boil for over 10mins. Season with salt and pepper and Hemp trail mix to taste.
