INGREDIENTS

1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
2 hemp protein powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Splash of milk
coconut oil for frying

Banana and Hemp Protein Pancakes

Protein doesn't have to be restricted to only smoothies or bowls, here's a fun way you can add protein to your breakfast!

Add all the pancake ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth

Thin the batter out with a little bit of your favourite milk

Add a little bit of oil to a pan on low heat and heat pour pancakes using a cup measuring cup and allow to cook

Flip the pancakes and continue cooking until ready Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
